The hotel had quite small rooms that felt a bit cramped, but the entrance hall was a nice touch. Didn't have the chance to try the spa. The service was extremely friendly and supportive, especially towards our kids. The location was excellent, close to major attractions and in a quiet area. The dining experience was below average, with limited options for breakfast. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.

The hotel's rooms looked much bigger and much nicer in the pictures, but turned out to be not very convenient for our group of 3 adults and 2 children, feeling really cramped. The location was excellent, within walking distance to major tourist sites in the old town, but we were not compensated for any inconveniences.
